The Planning Session That Takes Longer Than It Should<\/h2>\n

Picture a purchasing team at the start of the day. They have run a broad planning session across every active supplier and the results are in front of them: hundreds of recommended lines, organized by product, showing what the business may need to buy. Two suppliers are clearly worth acting on today. A third is below the threshold and can wait.
