On the dashboard, there are different widgets of information, of different types.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Widgets can show your current outstanding AR, sales by product, there\u2019s a pie chart showing the top 10 selling products in the system, all of which can be resized and moved around.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It can be personalized for each user. Each user, depending on their configuration in the system, will be able to see different widgets. You can create invoices as well as record payments. You can create suppliers, you can create bills, you can create payments against bills. We support batch processing of bills, and batch processing of bill payments. You can also run aging reports for accounts payable.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/support.versaccounts.com\/hc\/en-us\/sections\/360006723293-Products\"><strong>PRODUCT<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is where you set up your products. Products can be inventoried, or non-inventoried.\u00a0 Here you can also define services, for services that you sell to the customers. We also support concepts like a kit. The kit is a product that consists of multiple inventoried products. The kit itself is not inventoried. We inventory the individual kit components.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We also support bills of material (BOM). You can define finished products that need to be assembled from raw materials. You define that as a bill of material that you can go through the build process to assemble the finished product, from the raw material.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img title=\"Versa Cloud ERP - Blog Versa System Overview  %Post Title\"loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3454\" src=\"https:\/\/www.versaclouderp.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Overview-ss4-1024x569.png\" alt=\"Versa Cloud ERP - Blog Versa System Overview  %Post Title,\" width=\"719\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/support.versaccounts.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/360022057373-Inventory-Management-Overview\"><strong>INVENTORY MANAGEMENT<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can adjust your inventory, and you can define sections within your warehouse, and where the inventory is in the warehouse. At that point, you can also set up sections like a rack. You can say part A is on rack A and product B, on Rack B<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We support multiple units of measures. You can stock, sell, purchase, in any units you like. We also support multiple inventory locations. You can set up a facility for each inventory location and then you&#8217;d be able to track the inventory by locations.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you sell and receive a new inventory, you&#8217;ll be able to specify which location the inventory is going into or which location the inventory is being sold from.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>PROJECTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For project costing, from a financial perspective, you can set up projects to have a budget, budgeted revenue or budgeted expenses. When you&#8217;re entering a transaction in the system, you can associate revenues against projects, or you can associate expenses against projects. Because we have a budget in the system, this will allow you to run a budget versus actual comparisons to see how the project is doing.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>ORDERS MENU<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is where you can create transactions like sales quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, RMA orders for handling returns, and transfer orders for moving inventory from one location to another.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sales quotes can be used where you need to send out quotes to customers. When the quote is accepted by the customer, it can be turned into a sales order. Then, you can ship against a sales order and from the shipment, you can create sales invoices.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you don\u2019t want to use a quote, you can use the sales order instead. You can also use invoices without orders or quotes. You can ship against sales orders, and receive against purchase orders.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you give your shipping person access to the system, then they will be able to do shipping in the system in real-time, and then as it happens, the system would be updated.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We also support multiple shipping workflows. For example, we support shipping based on picklist. You can just create a picklist and then the warehouse person will use the picklist to do their shipments.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We also support shipment against sales orders. You can ship directly against sales orders<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/support.versaccounts.com\/hc\/en-us\/sections\/360006698714-Reports\"><strong>REPORTS MENU<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have different types of reports. You can create financial reports and other types of reports. You need to create a customer case. Once the case is created, you can attach notes, documents to each case, and then the case will be associated with the customers. You will then be able to track the interaction of the entire case for a particular customer. For most of the data types in the system, you can export them into a CSV.
