Pricing for eCommerce Edition

The total fees for a Versa for eCommerce deployment is made up of a monthly subscription to the Base System capabilities in the Versa software and an optional one-time Implementation fee. There are no other fees.

eCommerce Edition customers may upgrade to the Standard Edition for a one time Upgrade Fee of USD $4,500 when they need additional capabilities beyond what is available in the eCommerce offering.

There is no Upgrade Fee for eCommerce customers who purchase the optional QuickStart Guided Self Service Implementation package.

Pricing for Standard Edition

The minimum fee for a Versa Standard Edition deployment includes a recurring payment for access to Base and Extended System capabilities that is due annually in advance and a one-time Implementation fee.

Recurring Payment

Two plans are offered. The Revenue-Based Plan offers unlimited users and is based on the customers trailing 12 month revenues. Optionally customers may choose a Users-Based Plan based on the number of Named Users needed. The table below provides a sample of these fees.

Standard Edition Customers must choose and pay for either a Guided Self Service Implementation or a Full-Service Implementation.

The fee for a Guided Self-Service Implementation is USD $4,500. The Full-Service Implementation is invoiced on a T&M basis with an initial retainer of USD $15,000.

Optional Paid Offerings

Optional Standard Edition offerings available for purchase by customers as needed include Premium Modules, Native Mobile Apps, as well as Premium Integrations, Customizations, and Services.
